Joseph and Rosalie Segal United Way Community Vision Award – 2023.

Dr. Saida Rasul was recognized as this year’s recipient of the Joseph and Rosalie Segal United Way Community Vision Award. This award recognizes individuals whose acts of compassion and philanthropy serve as a catalyst, inspiring others to do the same. Dr. Saida Rasul has exemplified this spirit through her unwavering dedication to United Way, our local community, and communities worldwide, uplifting countless lives and creating a ripple effect of positive community impact.
