United, we grieve. United, we support one another through healing.
We are deeply saddened by the tragic event in Tumbler Ridge. We send our condolences to the victims’ families and friends after such a tragic loss. Our thoughts are also with those who have been injured and deeply affected by this event. We stand with the community during this time of unimaginable sorrow.

Our role is to stand alongside the systems and partners already mobilizing and be ready to act where we can add value. Our commitment is to respond with care, humility, and respect for the leadership of those closest to the community.
We expect our Emergency Response and Recovery initiatives to begin in a few months to focus on medium and long term community-wide supports.
Any donations made to us will be held as a pledge towards supporting those efforts.
